We are dedicated to offering our customers efficient and affordable solutions. We will offer you a free quote and that’s the price you are required to pay at the end of the service. If the weight/amount of your junk differs from or exceeds the weight/amount our London customer service representative has quoted you for, you may incur extra costs when our Waste Clearance specialists reach your property in London to handle the job.

1. The cost of collection and disposal of building materials and renovation waste such as wood, stone, soil, metal, concrete or bricks, is based on the weight of your load. Our vehicles are modern and equipped with the latest technology. We can estimate the weight of your load and you will pay only for the amount of junk we dispose of.

2. Our pricing strategy is designed to help you estimate the cost of your job. All you need to keep in mind is that 1 cubic yard is around 100 kg. So if you want to dispose of around 1000 kg of junk, we will charge you for 10 cubic yards.

3. Wondering how to estimate the weight of your load? Just keep in mind that a bag of rubble, soil or cement can hold approximately 50 kg. So, if you have 25 bags of rubbish to be removed, we will charge you for the disposal of 10 cubic yards.
